Famous for its friendliness, spirituality, and astonishing tropical beauty, Thailand is a perfect destination for an academic and spiritual awakening. Previously known as Siam, Thailand remains the only country in Southeast Asia not colonized by Europeans. For that reason, its name literally translates to the “Land of The Free.” Thailand is classified as a newly industrialized country with manufacturing, agriculture, and tourism as its leading sectors. It is the 2nd largest economy in Southeast Asia. Thailand is also a constitutional monarchy with the monarch as the head of state. Buddhism is the largest religion in Thailand, practiced by more than 90% of its population.

Thailand has a rich and diverse culture with a unique blend of traditional and modern customs that make it one of the most sought-after travel destinations. Despite the influx of millions of tourists each year, Thailand continues to maintain its cultural integrity. Its pristine beaches, lip-smacking food, and vibrant nightlife are a charm that attracts people from around the world.

We Deliver Different Types of Programs in Thailand

Faculty-led programs in Thailand are a curated blend of intellectual and cultural experiences based on unique and relevant themes. We collaborate with the faculty to arrange engaging and pertinent company visits, lectures by subject matter experts, and cultural experiences. The program’s goal is to help students achieve faculty-envisioned learning objectives while creating meaningful experiences for themselves. The faculty-led programs can either be available as custom or featured programs, depending upon the requirement of the institution.

Service-learning programs in Thailand engage the students in applying their knowledge and skills to projects that aim to improve community life and advance the UN SDGs. The programs are enhanced by interactive workshops, design thinking, hands-on fieldwork, and facilitated reflection sessions. They also intend to enrich the participants on all four dimensions- physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual. The service-learning programs can either be available as custom or featured programs, depending upon the requirement of the institution.

Internships in Thailand offer meaningful, impactful, and high-quality academic internship projects that boost the employability of students. When the students apply classroom knowledge in real-world situations, they gain a deeper understanding of their subject as well as the local culture. We curate and manage appropriate projects in carefully vetted organizations that are aligned with the institutions’ objectives. The internships can either be available as custom or featured programs, depending upon the requirement of the institution.
