About Internships Abroad

Global internships offer a high-impact combination of academics, professional development, and personal growth that develop in-demand skills and create meaningful career pathways. When students apply classroom knowledge to real-world situations, they gain a deeper understanding of their subject as well as the local context. We curate placements designed for maximum learning in carefully-vetted organizations that are aligned with our (and our partners’) principles and goals.

Mentors are assigned to students, and supervise the project from start to end: meeting with the students regularly, guiding them, and addressing any concerns. In addition to the academic and professional focus, our global internships also allow the students to immerse themselves in a new cultural environment, preparing them with in-demand intercultural skills for a globalized workforce.

Internships may be customized or offered as a part of our standard programs, virtual or in-person.

    FAQs About Intern Abroad Programs

    Students who intern abroad work on real-time projects of strategic importance to host organizations. Projects have well-defined objectives and outcomes to ensure clear deliverables.

    International interns receive comprehensive mentorship from experienced industry experts and management consultants. Mentors guide participants through project challenges and help achieve program objectives. Pre-departure preparation is provided to the intern abroad students.

    The internships focus on skill enhancement through real-world project experience. Each intern is assigned a dedicated project supervisor to guide them through organizational processes and work ethics.

    Host organizations undergo a rigorous evaluation process to ensure quality internship experiences. Each potential partner is assessed based on professional work environment, mentorship capabilities, and safety protocols. Organizations must demonstrate a track record of successful intern supervision and meaningful project opportunities before being approved as internship hosts.

    Program durations range from 2 to 12 weeks, depending on the type of international internship selected.
