The Changemaker Crew is a paid, student-led ambassador program for globally curious university students who believe study abroad should have purpose. Crew members represent Authentica on campus, create content, share feedback, and build community around sustainability and purpose-driven travel.

Yes. Changemakers earn $20 per hour for about 5 hours per week over 16 weeks — because your voice and influence have real value.

Current university students who care about sustainability, cultural exchange, and making a real impact. You can be active on social media or involved in campus organizations — you do not need to be a professional marketer.

No. You just need to enjoy sharing stories and connecting with others authentically. The program includes workshops and mentorship to build your skills.

You'll represent Authentica on your campus, create and share content, give feedback on programs and messaging, and connect like-minded students with info sessions and events.

Paid experience, professional development and mentorship, letters of recommendation, portfolio-building content features, exclusive perks and digital badges, and a network of purpose-driven students working toward the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
