Your co-participants will include international educators from universities across the world. This diverse group will bring a wealth of experience and perspectives, enhancing the collaborative and enriching nature of the program.
You will be staying in comfortable 4-star hotels, all of which have been carefully vetted by us to ensure a high standard of quality and service.
Yes, the program schedule is fixed, but minor adjustments may occur. We will keep you updated on any changes.
Yes, India is a friendly and safe country for travellers. Moreover, we employ safety and risk management measures from the start to the endpoint of the journey. It is always advisable to take precautions and stay informed about any specific safety guidelines or recommendations (which will be provided to you) where you will be travelling.
Absolutely! Although the program is designed for professionals in international education, you’re welcome to bring a colleague or friend. Please ensure they register as well, so we can make appropriate arrangements.
The safety of our participants is our top priority. We provide comprehensive safety briefings, 24/7 emergency support, and ensure accommodations and activities adhere to high safety standards. The program group will be accompanied by the Authentica team member(s), who will be available 24×7 during the program. They have also been certified by the Red Cross in first-aid emergency training. In case of an emergency, measures will be taken in real-time.
