Programme Overview
IMPACT is a professional development programme for international educators that will enable participants to gain firsthand experience through experiential learning workshops, organisation visits and sessions on sustainability, safety and risk management.
It is a collaborative peer-led programme that aims to build a vibrant network of mobility professionals. The focus is on creating meaningful global immersions that enrich both students and communities by sharing challenges, building connections, and reflecting on best practices.
Key Programme Elements
Engage with Impactful Social Organisations
- Take a city walk led by Salaam Baalak Trust, an organisation that empowers street children. Hear the children’s stories and see the world through their eyes.
- Meet the women working with Sakha Cabs, an organisation hiring women as cab drivers to promote women safety.
- Visit Sheroes Café and witness firsthand how it empowers acid attack survivors.
- Visit Wildlife SOS, one of India’s largest wildlife rescue centers dedicated to animal rights and safety. Witness how they rescue, treat, and care for elephants.
Participate in Insightful Workshops and Sessions
- Engage in a dialogue on Designing Impactful Programmes.
- Focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in global immersion programmes.
- Discuss challenges and best practices for risk management, safety, and logistics.
- Explore sustainability practices and develop eco-conscious initiatives in study abroad programmes.
Immerse in Cultural Experiences
- Experience a block printing workshop in the vibrant Pink City of Jaipur, renowned globally for its colored gems and ancient history.
- Explore the architectural marvels of Hawa Mahal and Amer Fort.
- Enjoy guided tours of iconic landmarks like the Taj Mahal and Qutub Minar (UNESCO heritage site).
- Enjoy Bollywood dance class and a delightful Indian cooking class.

Your co-participants will include international educators from universities across the world. This diverse group will bring a wealth of experience and perspectives, enhancing the collaborative and enriching nature of the program.
You will be staying in comfortable 4-star hotels, all of which have been carefully vetted by us to ensure a high standard of quality and service.
Yes, the programme schedule is fixed, but minor adjustments may occur. We will keep you updated on any changes.
Yes, India is a friendly and safe country for travellers. Moreover, we employ safety and risk management measures from the start to the endpoint of the journey. It is always advisable to take precautions and stay informed about any specific safety guidelines or recommendations (which will be provided to you) where you will be travelling.
Absolutely! Although the programme is designed for professionals in international education, you’re welcome to bring a colleague or friend. Please ensure they register as well, so we can make appropriate arrangements.
The safety of our participants is our top priority. We provide comprehensive safety briefings, 24/7 emergency support, and ensure accommodations and activities adhere to high safety standards. The programme group will be accompanied by the Authentica team member(s), who will be available 24×7 during the programme. They have also been certified by the Red Cross in first-aid emergency training. In case of an emergency, measures will be taken in real-time.
