Each workshop is offered twice – one for each timezone (Australia and Americas/Europe) so that we can cater to institutions across the globe.

The Thai have a saying, gan gin gan yu, that translates to “as you eat, so you are”, which is reflective of how integral food is to Thai culture and identity. What makes Thai food so unique is that it allows lots of leeway for personal preference. So come join us to learn from a trained chef about the principles of Thai cuisine and prepare a popular Thai dish.

So join this session to exercise and strengthen this union, as an expert guides you through a rejuvenating asanas routine that includes sun salutations and basic yoga poses, with a focus on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. The session will also help you practice breathing techniques and align your chakras.
